Chef Aleem is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of LeCordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts of Atlanta. Although he takes pride in his formal training, he will be the first to tell you his love of preparing his appetizing meals came first from his mama’s kitchen. Only later when he found himself the single father of three young children after the untimely passing of their mother, did he take preparing balanced nutritious meals to the next level. He continued to cultivate his culinary skills at home with the kids and catering for friends and family. At the urging of those fortunate enough to have eaten his food, he decided to make things official and pursue a degree in Culinary Arts. While attending LeCordon Bleu, he took it upon himself to hone his skills at some top tier restaurants in Atlanta including Spice-Asian Fusion, Mitra-Latin Fusion and Silk-Euro fine dining. He opened his first restaurant and then eventually a second. It was at that second restaurant in College Park Georgia that he made the acquaintance of a then local music artist who frequented the restaurant. Because the artist loved Chef Aleem’s food, once he began a concert tour, he offered Chef Aleem an opportunity to travel with him as his Private Chef. Not being one to turn down a challenge, Chef Aleem gave it a shot. Almost five years later, Chef Aleem continues to travel the world preparing meals for people from all walks of life from various celebrity clientele to executives to support staff who all have one thing in common: a love for amazing food. It is through all these experiences that he can bring that world class talent to your next event.
